Move off Tugboat Logic before your contract ends

OneTrust is retiring Tugboat Logic: renewals ended August 31, 2026 and access stops when your contract ends. Official dates, data export and moving to Sentrix.

OneTrust is retiring Tugboat Logic, also called Certification Automation. Renewals ended on August 31, 2026 and each customer loses access when their contract ends. Sentrix takes over your policies, controls and evidence, and plans the switchover with your auditor so your SOC 2 or ISO 27001 program carries on.

Request a 30-minute migration assessment. It is free: we look at your audit calendar, your frameworks and what your account lets you export.

What you keep

Your auditor

You keep the firm of your choice. The switchover date is planned with them, around your observation period.

Your history

Your policies, controls, evidence and vendors are taken over from your export and organized by control. Anything that cannot be carried over is identified during the assessment, before the switchover.

A predictable price

Your subscription price is set from your last Tugboat Logic or OneTrust invoice, then fixed for 24 months. The terms are in the offer below.

How the migration works

1. The assessment

30 minutes to establish your audit calendar, your frameworks and the end date of your current contract.

2. The export

You export your data from Tugboat Logic before your access ends. We compare the export with your program's inventory to spot what is missing while there is still time.

3. The takeover

Our team imports and organizes your policies, controls and evidence in Sentrix, and tells you what remains to complete.

4. The review with your auditor

We present the new organization of the evidence to your auditor before the switchover. How they assess the evidence remains their call.

Why Sentrix

One control, many frameworks

SOC 2, ISO 27001, Quebec's Law 25 and 16 other frameworks share a single set of controls. A piece of evidence serves every framework where the control applies.

Controls linked to their evidence

Every piece of evidence is timestamped and attached to the controls it supports. Your auditor reviews it in a read-only workspace.

Your compliance data in Canada

Customer compliance data is hosted in Canada, with other regions on request. The details are in our platform commitments.

In English and in French

The interface and our team work in both languages.

Specialists who do the migration with you

Our GRC specialists carry out the takeover and support you up to your audit, within the scope set in the quote.

Frequently asked questions

Q01
When do I lose access to Tugboat Logic?
At the end of your current subscription period, according to the retirement FAQ OneTrust published on July 16, 2026. Renewals ended on August 31, 2026. The exact date is in your contract.
Q02
How long do I have to retrieve my data?
OneTrust states 60 days after your contract ends. Do not count on access after that: export before your subscription ends and keep a copy of your audit evidence.
Q03
Do I have to change SOC 2 auditors?
No. The audit firm is your choice and Sentrix imposes none. The switchover date is set with your auditor, around your observation period. If an audit is under way, OneTrust recommends completing it in Tugboat Logic before exporting.
Q04
What does Sentrix take over from Tugboat Logic?
What your export contains: policies, controls, evidence and vendors. The assessment establishes what carries over as is, what must be reclassified and what is missing, before the switchover rather than after.
Q05
How long does the migration take?
It depends on the volume of evidence, the frameworks, the integrations and your audit calendar. You receive a timeline after the assessment, once the export has been reviewed.
Q06
What does Sentrix cost for a Tugboat Logic customer?
For an organization established in Canada, the subscription price is set from your last annual Tugboat Logic or OneTrust invoice, then fixed for 24 months. The written quote states that price, the cost of migration services and the total amount before any commitment.
Q07
Where is my data hosted?
Customer compliance data is hosted in Canada, on Microsoft Azure in the Canada Central region. Hosting in the United States or another region can be offered on request. Your agreement sets out the terms.
Q08
Is Sentrix related to OneTrust or Tugboat Logic?
No. Sentrix is an independent platform, neither affiliated with nor endorsed by OneTrust or Tugboat Logic.
