Solutions · MSPs and MSSPs

Every client, every asset, every exposure. One view.

For MSPs and MSSPs: each client's compliance, exposure and vendor risk in one multi-tenant platform, with white-label reports, in French and English.

Sentrix gives managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs) every client, every asset and every exposure in one view: each client's compliance program across 19 frameworks, its exposure surface across six domains and its vendor register, administered from one multi-tenant partner portal and reported under the provider's brand.

One pane for every client

Partner licenses manage multiple client environments from a single pane, with multi-tenant administration. The provider moves from one client to the next without a separate login or a separate tool, and each client's data stays in its own environment.

  • Multi-tenant partner portal for managing all client environments
  • White-label reporting for the deliverables a client receives
  • An auditor workspace with read-only access, so the client's auditor works in the platform instead of in shared folders

Canadian clients, international clients

A provider serving Québec and Canadian organizations finds Law 25, CPCSC and TGV supported natively, next to SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, CMMC, GDPR, NIS2 and DORA in the same control set. The platform is available in French and English. Compliance data is hosted in Canada; on request, it can run in the United States or another region.

Partner programs

Sentrix works with a small number of partners who know the platform well. GRC consultancies and MSSPs join the advisory partner program; value-added resellers and integrators join the reseller program, with joint go-to-market, a partner demo environment and partner-only product training. Both include co-sell and referral revenue. Details are on the partners page.

Frequently asked questions

Q01
Can an MSP manage several clients in Sentrix?
Yes. Partner licenses manage multiple client environments from a single pane, with multi-tenant administration. Each client keeps its own compliance program, exposure view, vendor register and evidence, and the provider sees all of them from the partner portal.
Q02
Can reports carry the MSP's brand?
Yes. White-label reporting options let the provider deliver audit packages, board reports and vendor risk scorecards to its clients under its own brand.
Q03
Which frameworks can an MSSP run for its clients?
The 19 frameworks of the platform, with pre-built crosswalks between them: ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI DSS and CMMC, the Canadian frameworks Law 25, CPCSC, TGV, PIPEDA, OSFI B-10 and B-13 and CAN/DGSI 104, and the European GDPR, NIS2 and DORA, among others. Evidence collected once counts toward every framework a client follows.
Q04
Does Sentrix cover exposure management for clients, not only compliance?
Yes. Continuous threat exposure management (CTEM) covers six domains for each client: applications, cloud and SaaS, assets, identity, supply chain and the internal network. Exposures, compliance and vendor risk share one record.
Q05
How does a provider become a Sentrix partner?
Through the advisory partner program for GRC consultancies and MSSPs, or the reseller program for value-added resellers and integrators. Both include co-sell and referral revenue. Applications go through the contact form.
